A first for Michel Couvreur: the maturing of an Irish distillate in triple distillation.

Less spicy, delicate and delicate, the distillate reacts very differently in Malaga casks. Underneath its apparent fragility and superficiality, it is very persistent. A very floral, citrusy aromatic resonance that persists and offers a very elegant rancio. While the 1st Alba was made from Chenin, this one joins it for its finesse and delicate complexity. Natural degree, 866 bottles of 500ml made on 30 June 2021.
